Mick Scott
Mick Scott was born on April 21, 1946, to Marvin & Minnie Scott in Crookston MN. He grew up on a farm 6 miles west of Fertile. Mick was a member of First Evanger Lutheran Church in Fertile and attended school in Fertile. He has one older sister, Barrett.
Shortly after graduation in 1964, Mick joined the North Dakota National Guard and was enlisted for six years. He married Janet Berhow in 1967 and they had two children, Matthew, and Janelle. Mick also has three grandchildren. Janet passed away in 2011.
Mick was a farmer and he also worked at American Crystal Sugar in Crookston MN.
Mick’s hobbies included cars. He restored a ’37 pickup. He also enjoyed both summer and winter fishing.
